An Antique Edwardian very pretty silver-plated cake stand, having three removable octagonal dishes with hand-pierced borders showing pairs of Swallows, all held in a plain wire-work frame with a carrying handle and four scroll feet. All made in ca. 1900. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver-plated cake stand are height 43 cms (17inches), width 30.5 cms (12 inchs), and the diameter of the inside of the dishes is 18 cms (7 inches).
