A pretty Antique Sterling Silver pair of butter shells, having hand-chased scalloped bodies, plain shaped thumb-pieces, and both sitting on three ball feet. These beautiful silver shell butter dishes were made by the Atkins Brothers of Sheffield in 1915. The dimensions of these fine hand-made antique silver butter dishes are length 12 cms (4.75 inches), width 8 cms (3.25 inches), and they have a total weight of approx. 71g (2.3 troy ounces).
