A very pretty Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver Rocker Blotter, having a rectangular body with rounded corners and hand-chased floral and scroll decoration, a leather covered rocker base, and a swirl fluted round handle that screws in to secure the rocker base and blotting paper to the upper body. Made by Henry Miller of Birmingham in 1902. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver rocker blotter are length 11.5 cms (4.5 inches), height 6.5 cms (2.5 inches), and width 7 cms (2.75 inches).
