A very pretty Antique Victorian Silver-Plated biscuit box, having a round straight-sided body with bead-edged borders, hand-chased fluting, scroll, and floral decoration, a flat hinged lid with matching decoration and a cast round finial, and sitting on an attached base plate with three cast foliate feet. This beautiful antique silver-plated biscuit box was made by Harrison Brothers and Howson of Sheffield in ca. 1880. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver-plated biscuit box are height 18 cms (7 inches), and diameter at base 19 cms (7.5 inches).
