Antique Victorian sterling silver and hand-cut crystal biscuit jar, having a hobnail cut body, a lift-off lid with hand-engraved floral work and a cast flower finial, all sitting inside a two-handled plate with a hand-pierced gallery and bead-edge border. Made by Henry Wilkinson and Co., of Sheffield in 1867. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver and crystal biscuit box are height 18 cms (6.3 inches), and diameter of base 17 cms (6.75 inches).
