Antique Victorian German silver flower basket, having a hand-pierced body with hand-chased floral and cherub decoration, a lobed blue-glass liner, swing handle, and sitting on a pedestal foot. Made in Germany in ca. 1880. Height inc. handle 41 cms (16 inches), length 24 cms (9.5 inches), width 18 cms (7 inches). Weight approx. 765g (24.7 troy ounces).
