An Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver sweet-meat basket, having a round body with tapering sides all hand-engraved and hand-pierced with neoclassical style decoration, a hinged swing handle with applied bead-work, sitting on a round pedestal foot, and with an original blue-glass liner. Made by Thomas Bradbury of London in 1902. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver sweet-meat basket are height inc. handle 16 cms (6.25 inches), diameter at lip 8.5 cms (3.3 inches), and it weighs approx. 140g (4.5 troy ounces).
