A very handsome Sterling Silver pair of cast pheasants, showing a male and female bird in realistic traditional poses, finely detailed with hand-chased bodies and tail feathers. These beautiful silver pheasants were made by D. J. Silver of London in 1972. The dimensions of these fine hand-made sterling silver pheasants are length of female bird 23 cms (9 inches), spread across wings 15 cms (6 inches), height of male bird to top of head 8 cms (3 inches), and they weigh a total approx. 815g (26.3 troy ounces).
