A very handsome Antique Victorian Sterling Silver butter shell dish, having a hand-chased scalloped body, and sitting on three cast conch-shell feet. Made by Charles Boyton of London in 1892. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver butter dish shell are length 12 cms (4.75 inches), width 10 cms (4 inches), and it weighs approx 68g (2.2 troy ounces).
